2. Public Purpose:                To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

Community development districts may reference Chapter 190 as the uniform charter but must include information relating to any grant of special powers.

Date of Establishment:

Established June 4, 2004, by Ordinance No. 04-107 and by Ordinance No. 08-33 expanding the boundaries on May 20, 2008, granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and (2)(a) and (d) F.S.

6. A description of the boundaries or service area of, and the services provided by, the special district.

The Development is a 41.62(+) acre mixed use project located in the eastern portion of Miami-Dade County in the State of Florida. More specifically, it is located in Section 14, Township 55 South, Range 29 East. Phase I is bounded on the west by SW 129th Court, on the north by SW 132nd Street, on the east by SW 127th Avenue and on the south by SW 136th Street. Phase II is bounded on the west by SW 131st Avenue, on the north by SW 133rd Terrace, on the east by SW 129th Court and on the south by SW 136th Street.
